This probably means that the fontconfig
library is not correctly configured. You may need to
edit the fonts.conf configuration file. More information
about fontconfig can be found in the fontconfig(3) manual
page and on http://fontconfig.org

(gnubg:22611): Pango-CRITICAL **: No modules found:
No builtin or dynamically loaded modules were found.
PangoFc will not work correctly.
This probably means there was an error in the creation of:
 '/opt/local/etc/pango/pango.modules'
You should create this file by running:
 pango-querymodules > '/opt/local/etc/pango/pango.modules'

(gnubg:22611): Pango-WARNING **: failed to find shape engine, expect ugly output. engine-type='PangoRenderFc', script='latin'

(gnubg:22611): Pango-WARNING **: failed to find shape engine, expect ugly output. engine-type='PangoRenderFc', script='common'
set gui showids on
(No game) (No game)

I hope I got it now, probably /opt/local/etc/pango/ and /opt/local/etc/gtk-2.0/ was missing at your Mac. I uploaded new packages, please use gnubg_all.pkg.

Ciao
