www.xs4all.nl/jes2 (my mistake, my account was jes-2.demon.nl, when
xsrall bought demon my account was migrated and the '-' was accidently
dropped

Further clarification wouldl be needed. How can a program decide when
a hit would be silly? I think defining when a hit is advisable or not
is quite complex. You'd need to look at gnubg's evaluation of hitting
vs not hitting, bbut that evaluation won't be available if you didn't
get a roll where a hit was possible.
