Hi Michael,

try this:

1) start a match and make a few moves.

2) when you see player A's dice, click edit and change the position.

3) click in the dice area and choose dice for player B.

In my install, the original chequer arrangement reappears. (If i do the same 
with players A and B switched, it works ok)
