I did this at some point with the first 300 positions, but by hand it is an extremely tedious work.

If someone is interested, I can provide a file with :

position-id
2 ply choice
3 ply choice
4 ply choice

for the 5000 or so positions.

Looking in the benchmark file as a text file and entering the results in a spreadsheet, I think I was doing about 100/hour... Someone with an XML editor/viewer should be a little faster.
