I'll create a patch that includes a change to configure.ac and addition
of --with-default-browser. I like the idea but wouldn't go with
"sensible-browser" for all the *nix platforms. That is more of a Debian
solution. xdg-open would probably be preferred default since it applies
to a broader base of distros.
