Hi David,
as already noted at some times in this list before (note: I was not able
to find it myself within 3 minutes...) Cygwin builds do works but have
some false-positives.
The two you see here could possibly be fixed in the testsuite - we
appreciate patches - but with that result the cygwin build looks fine.
Note: Cygwin should _only_ be used for GnuCOBOL if you commonly use
Cygwin already, otherwise Windows users are commonly in a better place
with the official MinGW based binary packages, or self-built MinGW binaries.
