[Bug-gnulib] addition: exit.h

Hi,

Here comes the first module from gettext: an include file that ensures
all the prerequisites for using the function exit(). Trivial, you may
say. But I got annoyed by repeating the same

     #ifndef EXIT_FAILURE
     # define EXIT_FAILURE 1
     #endif

pattern dozens of times. A single

     #include "exit.h"

is so much prettier.

Any objections?

Bruno
