Thanks! I've applied this also to onceonly_2_57.m4.
I didn't know about the difference between gl_HEADER_NAME and
defn([gl_HEADER_NAME]). (The second form limits the macro expansion to
a single pass, whereas the first form performs macro expansion as long
as it can.)
Btw, I thought we agreed that gnulib assumes autoconf 2.54 or newer.
No more need to hacks for autoconf 2.13.
