Thank you. It was my mistake. I'm using this macro in gettext; probably
I got no error message from autoconf because the macro name starts with
"gl_", not "AC_". If we had a distinction between "gl_" for cache variable
names and "GL_" for autoconf macro names, I could use
m4_pattern_forbid([GL_])
to check for undefined macros...
