I've added strsep to the repository for you, with a few small tweaks:
- strsep.m4: fixed the serial number comment.
- strsep.h: Added documentation.
- strsep.c: Added #include "strpbrk.h". Small style improvements in the code.

For vsnprintf() I'd like to wait until we've finished discussing snprintf().
