Thanks, I've committed this with the following trivial changes:
  - modules/vsnprintf: choose a more precise description (yours would also
    fit for vprintf and vfprintf)
  - m4/snprintf.m4: fix serial number comment
  - lib/vsnprintf.h: Include stdarg.h. Follow GNU coding style.
  - lib/vsnprintf.c: Use more mnemonic variable names than 'out' and 'ap'.
  - lib/vsnprintf.*: Author attribution: Mention also Simon, who wrote the
    snprintf.* files which you copied.
