I'd be okay with that, assuming you don't want to commit the minmax.h
stuff as is and see if we get any bug reports about conflicts.  So far,
we have only encountered the two header conflicts with "minmax.h" and as
far as we know my recent patch handles all existing conflicts.

If we go with advising users to include "minmax.h" last, then perhaps it
should still be installed as a dependency of same and utimecmp as I
originally suggested in this thread?
