new module 'javaversion'

From: Bruno Haible
Subject: new module 'javaversion'

For the javacomp module, it is necessary to know which java version
the java executer understands. (That means both the bytecoded class
version number as well as the API level.)

I added this new module.

javaexec
stdbool
pipe
wait-process
getline

configure.ac:

Makefile.am:
lib_SOURCES += javaversion.h javaversion.c

Include:
"javaversion.h"
