minor cleanups due to stdint.h

I installed this:

        Remove macros that are no longer needed now that stdint.h is
        reliable.
        * lib/fsusage.c (UINTMAX_MAX): Remove.
        * lib/human.c (SIZE_MAX, UINTMAX_MAX): Remove.
        * lib/utimecmp.c (SIZE_MAX): Remove.
