Yes. This is easy to do. I imagine Simon's buildbot will give us the list
of modules for which it is necessary.
So far, I put each such module into a libtool convenience library manually.
see for example [1]. But obviously it would be better if gnulib-tool could
collect these modules into a convenience library automatically.
