Looks like you have a good plan for gnulib integration.  I especially
like splitting out the other datatypes into independently useable
modules.

Yeah, I can help testing it on MacOS.  Thank you very much.

I have access to aix4, aix5, solaris 2.6 through 10 (sparc and x86),
hpux 10.20 through 11.23 (hppa & ia64), irix and osf4 & 5. I'll certainly
help testing on these platforms.  I also want to add snprintfv into
GNU M4, which will use the dynamic loading facilities so I'll be able
to do a lot of integration testing too.

One thing to watch out for is that libtool-1.5.x is only capable of
managing module loading from one library or from binary proper, so
loading libsnprintfv's module loader into a binary that wants to use
libltdl for anything else (like M4 for example) will only work with
CVS libtool.
