Hi Sergey,

That's a fine idea.
openat-die.c was extracted from openat.c with this in mind, but
no one bothered to create the module, since we hadn't yet found
a client with that need.  Do you know of such a client application?

With the change below, you're welcome to commit.

Report a save- or restore-cwd failure in our openat replacement and then exit.
