Hi Sergey,

It seems more likely that there should be a new file named
modules/include_next.  If you create it as follows, at least
coreutils builds once again:

cat <<EOF > modules/include_next
Description:
...

Files:
m4/include_next.m4

Depends-on:

configure.ac:
gl_CHECK_NEXT_HEADERS

Makefile.am:

Include:

License:
LGPL

Maintainer:
all
EOF
