Sure. It was a mistake due to the recent file renamings.

I have now done the change. Find attached the file list.

For the change, I noticed several variations of the "standard" copyright
header.
- Some files were under LGPL v2.0, some others under LGPL v2.1.
- Among the GPL 2 files, the variations affected mostly line breaking.
  At least 5 types were distinguishable:

type1:
   If not, write to the Free Software Foundation,

type2:
   License along with this program; if not, write to the Free Software

type3:
   along with this program; if not, write to the Free Software
 * along with this program; if not, write to the Free Software
# along with this program; if not, write to the Free Software

type4:
   with this program; if not, write to the Free Software Foundation,
   with this program; if not, write to the Free Software Foundation,\
#   with this program; if not, write to the Free Software Foundation,\
# with this program; if not, write to the Free Software Foundation,

type5:
    along with this program; if not, write to the Free Software Foundation,

I converted each type of copyright header with a particular sed script
(attached) and then checked against irregularities:
  '(at your option) (at your option)'
  'version 2'
  '02110-1301, along with this program'
  'Fifth Floor'
  'Temple Place'
  'useful, but$'
  'This is free software: see the source for copying'
