string.h and NULL [was: memmem issues]

NULL.

I've since fixed this in the .m4 file.  But shouldn't we make the string
module guarantee that NULL and size_t are defined, as required by POSIX,
once the gnulib replacement string.h is built?  Which platforms have a
broken <string.h> that fails to define NULL?
