update modules list

There were quite a number of modules categorized in MODULES.html as
"Unclassified modules - please update MODULES.html.sh". This classifies them.

        (Support for systems lacking POSIX:2001): Add environ, EOVERFLOW,
        strings.
        (Enhancements for POSIX:2001 functions): Add iconv_open-utf.
        (Input/output): New section.
        (File system functions): Add openat-die, stat-macros.
        (Networking functions): Add sockets.
        (Unicode string functions): Add unictype/*.
        (Support for building libraries and executables): Add gperf.
        (Support for building documentation): Add agpl-3.0.
        (Misc): Add nocrash.
