Building uninorm tests fail with external gettext

Trying to build the daily snapshot on IRIX 6.5.30 I run into problems
when building with external gettext:

A bit of digging suggests that test_u32_nfc_big, test_u32_nfd_big,
test_u32_nfkc_big and test_u32_nfkd_big needs to LDADD LIBINTL.

Other than that gnulib seems to be in good shape on IRIX 6.5:
