Didn't you notice how it was harder to read your UTF8-encoded Subject
line in what I quoted?  That was because you chose a UTF8-specific
single quote character.  It's better to just use the ascii single quote
as apostrophe. Then there's no need for any encoding.

Or just look at ChangeLog to see what other log entries look like.
