That looks good.
s/-bugurl/-bug-report/ would permit an email address, too.

Maybe slightly more generic,
%s bug reports: <%s>\n", PACKAGE_PACKAGER, PACKAGE_PACKAGER_BUG_REPORTS,
in case some distro prefers to use an email address,
rather than a URL?
