I copied from fault-posix.h (which worked for cygwin 1.7), then modified
until it worked for cygwin 1.5.  I've just checked that removing that line
still passes the testsuite for cygwin 1.5 (and should have no effect for
any other platform), so I've rebased my patch series on repo.or.cz to pick
up that one-line deletion.
