To expand on this theme, I need to have a gettext 0.18 that others in
the team can easily install, and that before anyone tries to compile
from git.  It's already a huge problem compiling on RHEL 5 because it
has an ancient version of gettext, and even some Fedora developers are
still using Fedora 11 or 12.

Thus before I can push the updated gnulib in libguestfs to git, I need
to make or find gettext 0.18 RPMs for Fedora 11(?), 12, 13 and Rawhide.

I will try to disable quoteargs-tests anyway and see if that helps ...
