Jiri Denemark discovered that sc_po_check fails in VPATH builds; it
looks for $(po_file) which is hardcoded to po/POTFILES.in rather than
$(srcdir)/po/POTFILES.in (let alone anything that can be overridden in
cfg.mk. I'll be pushing a patch shortly...
