planet.gnu.org seems appropriate to me, but it only aggregates blog
posts, so if you don't have a blog (and don't want to create one),
then it might not work for you.  That said, any other option is fine
with me of course too.

In the first example using 'read', don't you have to take care of EINTR
so that './mycat9 < file' doesn't drop forget half the file after being
suspended and continued again?
