Nothing in gnulib needs this file so far, and the Automake documentation
says that 'automake --install' handles it already:
When `lex' or `yacc' sources are used, `automake -i' automatically
installs an auxiliary program called `ylwrap' in your package (*note
Auxiliary Programs::)
But Eric's argument from [1], the ability to get the newest version between
Automake releases, also holds for this file. So I'd say, it would indeed be
useful.
