I suggest debugging this in the context of the gnutls
distribution itself, without particularly worrying about
gnulib.  The serv.c bug doesn't have any apparent connection
to gnulib, for example.  For the getopt.h diagnostic I
suggest compiling that file with 'gcc -E' and looking
at the preprocessor output.  Once you've figured out the
problem in the gnutls context, any gnulib patch should
be straightforward.
