gitlog-to-changelog: how to specify "tiny changes"? |

Hello gnulibers.
Currently, the `gitlog-to-changelog' script has no way of allowing the
maintainer to specify that a changeset is "small" enough not to require
copyright assignment to the FSF (in hand-maintained ChangeLogs, that is
done with the usual "(tiny change)" addition after the author name). I
dimly remember a previous discussion about this issue, but I don't
remember where it took place, nor whether any consensus had came up at
last.
So, there is any recommended way to specify this "no paperwork required"
property of a changeset in its commit message, with the hope that future
versions of `gitlog-to-changelog' will recognize and honour such a
specification?
Thanks,
Stefano
