Hi Thien-Thi,

Thanks for chiming in (seriously).

    HAL begins repeatedly broadcasting the message:
    "ALL THESE WORLDS ARE YOURS—EXCEPT EUROPA. ATTEMPT NO LANDINGS THERE."

IMHO, this relates to the spoken/common usage I already mentioned.

I admit that in some situations, the lack of "of"
does not sound bad, and inserting it doesn't add anything,
and may even detract a little, but given the formal tone
of most of the affected comments and documentation (and in particular,
the many instances in automake documentation that prompted this),
it seemed worthwhile.

Obviously, if even a few people find reason to object, I'll be
happy to remove the check.
