Is this line (which was in the initial commit of this code) intentional? A stub for future enhancement? It would seem to need some expansion, at the very least for Windows.
I'm writing a Perl version of relocatable-script for systems that lack a shell (I'm targeting TeXLive, which provides Perl but not a shell on Windows), so I'm trying to make sure I pick up on any oddities.
