fix warnings in MODULES.html

This patch fixes a couple of warnings in MODULES.html.

        Remove red warnings from the generated MODULES.html.
        * modules/fcntl (Description): Disambiguate function references.
        * modules/getcwd-lgpl (Description): Likewise.
        * modules/hostent (Description): Likewise.
        * modules/servent (Description): Likewise.
        * modules/tempname (Description): Likewise.
