Testing with Wine 2.10 or 1.8.7 and building with mingw 5.0.2 on Debian
unstable (but have the same problem on Fedora25).
As a work-around
#undef gmtime
is enough and gmtime() works.
I am pretty sure this worked at some time in the past.
