Agree. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/If_and_only_if

In gnulib-tool.texi, "fulfil" vs. "fulfill" is an English vs. American
spelling difference. Better respect the preference of the author.

In mountlist.h, "filesystems" should be replaced by "file systems";
that's the proper spelling.
