Thanks for reporting with all the details that were needed to track this
down.

The Wget2 CI on Gitlab is currently struggling with "502 Bad Gateway"
from Savannah. That made me finally create a gnulib mirror on Gitlab -
we often saw CI failures due to Savannah not being stable.

Anyways, as soon as the CI is successful with the gnulib update, the
master branch will be updated.
