improve clang support (18)

From: Bruno Haible

clang has a working <stdbool.h>. A cast from an address to 'bool' produces
a warning, like with GCC. The same #pragma diagnostic disables the warning.

        stdbool tests: Enable the stricter tests also on clang.
        * tests/test-stdbool.c (ADDRESS_CHECK_OKAY): Define also on clang.
        (e): Enable the address-to-bool conversion test also on clang.
