Since I can't reproduce the issue by building pspp-1.4.0 on CentOS 7.3.1611
nor on CentOS 7.8.2003, I think it affects relatively few distributions.

Also, probably what triggered this issue is that between 2020-05-24 and
2020-05-26, I introduced a module 'fopen-gnu' and made a couple of modules
depend on it. So, this code (fopen.c) that was previously rarely compiled
on glibc systems now is compiled more frequently. But few GNU packages
made releases between 2020-05-26 and now.

So, I don't think this issue will be re-reported very often.
