All these macros GL_GENERATE_*, GL_COND_*, gl_CONDITIONAL are undocumented.
Therefore you don't need to learn about them; all you need is to give a
"How to reproduce" to allow us debugging the problem.

- What commands did you use?
- Which are your automake, autoconf versions?
