After configuring on host:cygwin, target:mingw, config.h doesn't define
CON_AUTOLOAD although it has to be done.
I don't know if it could be because of an error while configuring:
checking loading of constructor functions... e:\mingw\bin\nm.exe: conftest:
No such file or directory
