Fix, IMConnectors, establishConnection

Hi,

here is a patch for [IMOutletConnector establishConnection] which removes a  
retain, which I think is one too much.
My graphic application (being ported from OpenStep) uses gmodels extensivly,  
and it now frees closed Windows as expected.
