This class is not implemented and the documentation for gnustep-base
says that it is.
In searching for information about this class on the web I came across
the following message for June of 1999:

It is to this mailing list and also asks about this class.
Is there a problem with implementing this class inherent in GNUstep or
has it just merely been forgotten?
