Fixed.

Well the libffi interface doesn't work. It would be nice if someone
volunteered to fix this. Then we might have the problem of which one to
choose.
- .cvsignore files left in the tarball
Well they are part of CVS, so they are included. I'd have to write some
script to untag them so they wouldn't go in a distribution.
