core's infos (part 3)

Once again I've forgot something...

Info's from gnustep-core (make, base ang gui) are unusable.
Some of them misses dir entry (and install-info fails), others
are completely broken.

For example, coding-standards.texi (from base):

START-INFO-DIR-ENTRY
* Coding: (coding).           Coding Standards for GNUstep Libraries
END-INFO-DIR-ENTRY

This should look like that (I suppose):

* Coding: (coding-standards). Coding Standards for GNUstep Libraries
