At a quick glance I would suggest ...
include $(GNUSTEP_MAKEFILES)/common.make
BUNDLE_INSTALL_DIR = $(GNUSTEP_INSTALLATION_DIR)/Library/MusicKit
BUNDLE_NAME = Stephen
Stephen_OBJC_FILES = Stephen.m
include $(GNUSTEP_MAKEFILES)/bundle.make
