Gnustep-back causes segfault

I've downloaded a yesterday and compiled the new release of gnustep 
src.rpm on
ftp.gnustep.org : gnustep-make-1.4, gnustep-base-1.4, gnustep-gui-0.8,
gnustep-back-0.8.

This is on a Mandrake8.2 PPC system.

I've compiled Pantomime-1.0.4 and GNUMail-1.0.2. GNUmail segfaults
before any window appear. I've got the same with GWorkspace.
