GDL2 header inclusion patch

Hello all,

attached the result of a review of header file inclusion in GDL2 
sources. They remove some unneccessary inclusions and make the 
#include/#import issue fit to work on Mac OS X, too. Then, on OS X 
compatibility headers are included. You find these files in 
http://www.jump-ing.de/proj/files/Buchhaltung.tar.bz2, now and 
hopefully in CVS, soon. I already announced this patch on GNUstep 
Developer.

The patch is against the main GDL2 repository(*) but heavily edited by 
hand to get rid of other changes I made already. Did a "cvs update" 
just an hour ago.
