Scenario 1.
1 - Open Ink.app
2 - Open Readme.rtf file of Ink.app
3 - Notice that the content fits perfectly and there is
no scrollbar.
4 - Make window smaller (decrease height)
5 - Notice that no scrollbar appears. This is WRONG
6 - Start editing file, just type in any character.
7 - Notice that now the scrollbar does appear.
Scenario 2.
1 - Open Ink.app
2 - Choole File/New document
3 - Resize new window so it holds about 5 lines of text.
4 - Type in 8 lines of text.
5 - Notice that the scrollbar appears, GOOD
6 - Enlarge window, so it should contain the complete text.
7 - Notice scrollbar does not dissappear, This is WRONG
8 - Start typing again.
9 - Notice that the scrollbar now dissappears.
