Summary: Cursor not always redraw when window res

Phoenix/0.5
Steps to reproduce
1 - Open Ink.app with Readme.rtf
2 - put cursor where the ^ is in the following line:
... with NeXT's ^NSText class. ...
(second largish alinea).
3 - Resize window in the horizontal direction, make it
it smaller.
4 - Notice that the cursor stays where it is, but the text
is moved underneath it. This is NOT expexted
behaviour.
5 - Press left arrow key. Notice that now the cursor move
to the right of the "NeXT's". So the position is
remembered. It is just not drawn.
Also, I could let the cursor dissappear. After a while
with resizing I just don't see it anymore. But it is
a little bit harder to give an exact reproducable
scenario.
